Adding Send To-Mail Recipient to the Quick Access Toolbar in Office 2007

You may have noticed that the File, Send To, Mail Recipient command is not on the ribbon in either Word or Excel 2007. However, the command is still available and can be added to your Quick Access Toolbar. To add the command, click the arrow on the right side of the Quick Access Toolbar, and select More Commands. Under Choose Commands From, select All Commands. Scroll until you find the command: Send to Mail Recipient. Select it and click Add, then click OK. The Send to Mail Recipient command can now be accessed from the Quick Access Toolbar.
