Compile Error When Opening and Closing Excel 2007

When closing Excel, you receive this message:  Compile error in hidden module:  DistMon

This is caused by the file Pdfmaker.xla which may be located in two folders.

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\XLSTART

and

C:\Documents and Settings\xxxxxx\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel\XLStart

Delete the file from both locations.  If the problem persists, search your computer for the file and delete it from any other locations.

Note: In the above example, “xxxxxx” represents your login name.
