Copying Subtotaled Data

When you use the Copy and Paste feature to copy subtotaled data, all of the data is copied, not just the subtotaled summary.  For those times when you want to copy the subtotals only:

1. Make sure only the subtotaled rows are visible.
2. Click in any cell in the range, then press F5
3. In the Go To dialog box, click Special.
4. Select “Visible Cells Only”, then click OK.
5. Perform the Copy and Paste operation.  Only the subtotaled rows are copied.
