Resolution:

  1. Click OK to clear the message. If Internet Explorer closes, re-open it.
  2. Select Tools, Internet Options
  3. Click the Programs tab
  4. Click Manage Add Ons
  5. Go through the list of add-ons and disable each one. Do NOT disable any JInitiator or Java add-ons.
  6. When you have disabled all of the extra add-ons, close and re-open Internet Explorer.
  7. If you are able to access Banner, if you want, you can go back and begin to re-enable add-ons. You should do this one at a time, closing and reopening IE and accessing Banner, until you find the one that is causing the problem. When you find the one that is causing the problem, disable it.
